So this morning I had my second training session with Beth, and my legs are so sore it's not even funny. Ugh! She put me on the ellipticals for 15 minutes to warm up. I have to say this year's Voodoo Music Experience definitely exceeded my expectations! The crowd was larger than anticipated and everything went quite smoothly. I'll mention more of that in detail tomorrow, but here were some personal highlights:
